Your Account
Upgrading or Renewing an account
|
To view your account information, click the MY Account
Link. There are currently two ways to pay for an upgraded account. The first option is paypal, an ebay company
that makes paying quite easy. You can use your bank account or a credit card to pay. And dont worry, Orbis Games
recieves NONE of this information. If you just upgraded, please be patient, it will be upgraded with in 24 hours of the
time we recieve your payment.
The second way to upgrade your account is by sending a money order, check... and at your risk, you may send cash.
If you send international (non- United States Dollar) cash, use a currency converter online and round it to the nearest bill, please make sure all
the international (non- United States Dollar) bills are with in 10 years new. Also, we do not reccomend sending cash
as its risky to you to do so, but we will accept it.

Benefits of upgrading

No one has to upgrade their account to continue playing. However, you will get more features if you do, and will
be able to enjoy the game in its entirity. You will be able to breed and own unlimited dogs, host and run events, recieve additional
playcash, and additional accounts to play on. You can also take advantage of using all the skills! You get to
choose a specialty kennel type with enhanced features and abilities ( Read More).
The reason we have to charge for this stuff, is so we can keep this game running!

What happens when your account expires

Your account, when it expires, will be set back as a basic account. If you reupgrade again you will recieve all your
previous information from when you were a sponsor, it will save. This means that your skills, fame, cash, branded dogs and such
will remain as-is, until you upgrade again. However you will not be able to features these skills as a basic.
You may get in to trouble with having no more turns, in this case contact a site admin about it.

Help... Im suspended/banned!

If you are suspended from the game, you will be suspended one or more ways, depending on the severity of the
rule violation or the type of suspension. You will recieve a message if your account is suspended, in any of the
following ways:
A basic suspension for small stuff starts with your account being suspended. When logging in to your account
you will recieve a message of your suspension and why you were suspended. If you dont recieve this message... your
account is fine and the problem must be elsewhere. You will recieve instructions here when logged in on what to do, and
how long your suspension is. You can always rebute your suspensions, by emailing
Shannon at shannoncusick@hotmail.com . If you are under the age of 15, please have a parent or guardian email us.
For more severe circumstances, we may have a complete ban to your access to the game. In this case you may
still email us for details. This means one is not allowed on the website at all, and when you try and access the site, you
will simply get a message summerizing the possible reasons of your suspension.
Chat and forum bans... When unnaccepted behavior occurs by an individual in the chat room, the individual may be banned. When this
happens you will recieve a message and the terms of your ban by a chat operator. Chat rules are enfoced fully to create
a pleasent environment, and in most cases if your banned from chat, you will just have to await your terms.
Other restrictions. Sometimes in some cases we may restrict your access to certain parts of the site, this is usually as a
whole because that part of the site is being worked on, or as an individual because you have been warned and have abused this
feature.
To keep this game and pleasent, dont break the rules and you should be fine! If features are abused in such a manor, there
is always the chance that one may ruin that feature for everyone, keep this in mind :)
