What I do for my handocded layouts (is it a bad thing to do)

I take layouts off other sites and change the codes so much that its not even close to there layout! Is that ok or wrong. I dont know so pm me or post if you think so

    Yes, that is still not allowed unless they say it is. For a layout to be true handcoded layout, you start from scratch and make your OWN layout.

    yeah that is def not right, I make layouts and if someone took mine and altered the code then claimed it as there own I would be very angry, so yeah unless its handcoded by yourself then its stealing
