So something interesting happened to me today...

I was eating peanut butter crackers today. Innocent enough right? Naught!

My Mom walks in from out side and kicks off her boots. She starts rambling about something but I am not paying attention because I am training a dog on here. And then her voice gets louder, I sigh and swing my Roley chair (it's this really nice chestnut red leather chair) to face her.

"So Ma how was your day?" I ask not really interested. She doesn't get the boredom in my voice and tells me about her day anyway. Blah Blah Blah.

She is still talking about something when I lift a half eaten cracker to my mouth in order to be digested hungrily by my stomach.

"Trill, have you not been listening to what I have been saying." All the time she is eyeing my cracker.

"hum what would you say if I said no?" I reply a little sheepishly. I mean Ma's the one who pays the bills so shouldn't she at least have half of my attention.

"What brand of cracker are you nibbling on?" (yes she actually said nibbling)

"Hum Keebler. Why?" The cracker is now down my throat happily on its way down my digestive track.

"Mmm, you now have food poisoning." Her voice is all like o-Hun-it-is-no-big-deal-that-you-are-going-to-die.

Lets just say that I had a coughing fit and searched the Internet for like two hours trying to find information about this. Mom was right Keebler and a few other companies are calling back there peanut butter products because of Salmonella. I was scarred for my life till I read the date on the crackers which was a month before the out brake.
