How can u be sweet yet frustrating at the same time?

ok my boyfriend and I have been together for almost a year now. I would like to get him something special for that day. Well every time I try to ask him or hint about it he just says he doesn't want anything as long as I am in his life. Or he already has the perfect present me. I never knew a guy could be so sweet and frustrating all at once. I know he is getting me something cause he keeps looking at rings and such asking what I like.(no wedding bells yet girls i'm only in tenth grade) I wanna know why its alright for him to get something for me, but I can't get something for him? Well I still plan on getting something for him. But I have no clue what. Does anyone have any ideas? Heres some facts about him. He is obviously a guy, hes graduating this year, he is tall, he can build a computer and fix almost anything wrong with them, he loves the show Hero's, he plans on being a police officer. I would love any ideas you have to throw at me. Oh something I may want to point out. He and I don't kiss. We are both saving our first kiss for our wedding day. Weird maybe but its something special to both of us. Just thought I'd say that in case some of you would put a kiss. Okay thanks for reading. Hope someone can help me out a little here.

    I'd get him a potato. I don't have time to explain (-my- boyfriend is on his way xD *ninjaninja*) but it's the sign of eternal love. I've already explained it to some.<br><br>Or, a German Shepherd plushie. =p He wants to be in the police force, and some officers are in the canine unit. =D

    <br><br>hmm a potato. If you have time later I would love to hear the story behind that. <br><br>I was going to be on the police force and work with the canine unit. But once my boyfriend and I started dating I gave that dream up since he wanted to be on the police force too. A small sacrifice. Hmm a plushie would be cool as part of the gift. Thanks Kazuko :P

    I have this really hot kid at my school and I LOVE HIM TO DEATH!!! But he just won't ask me out....GRRRR.. So upset. All of his friends say he likes me to. It would be so awesome....We'd make a cute pair.

    <br><br>Your not being mean. lol I know most relationships don't end up lasting. This is my first bf and I think it will be the last. We both feel the same way about each other and he is willing to wait. Ry isn't your ordinary 18yr old guy. You can tell me anything you want. It takes a lot to get my feathers ruffled online. Everyone is entitled to their own opinions and I love hearing from other people cause there is always a different angle that I may not be seeing from how I'm looking at the picture. Hmm I don't really have a set price range. The dinner idea is good. Has anyone every heard of Genji's? That place is the BEST! I may take him there. Thanks whisperer.
