:O Not technically mine but...-Oodles of Blue and Cooper! :D

Well..none of these are technically mine, but I'll claim them for the time being. XD

Now..since this is a dog game, I guess I'll start with my boy Bluey.
Now..here's his "semi-bio" rofl
Name: Blue (not because of his blue eye, because of the blue on the other side of his face-with the brown eye)
Age: 4-6
Gender: stud
Breed: Sheltland Sheepdog, with maybe a little BC or Aussie in his lines a bit back.
Height: about 21 inches at the shoulder? (I'm guessing. XD )
Diddy: Blue is my Uncle Paul's and Aunt Barb's dog, but according to my uncle, he's mine when I'm over there. XD
He never gets to go on walks..ever. ;-; The only time he goes is when I take him, but I can't take him when I go for a run in the woods anymore, coz ticks are running wild this year. D:
I've pretty much trained him everything other than sit, down and shake..I'm still working on a few things with him, but it's taking oodles longer since I only see him two weekends a month, if. )): It makes me sad..but we're currently working on leash training. I've already gotten him pretty damn well on leash (had to buy a leash because there's is one of them damn flexy things. >.<) but he needs some more work on being on leash with new people, dogs and sitting when we stop..I've gotten into the habit of whoa-ing them like I do the horses. XDD I'm also using him as a..kind of like a role-model for their new puppy, Cooper (who I don't really like..because I can't deal with small dogs. ;-; ) Cooper doesn't respond at all with how I trained Blue for leash...so I need to work on finding something that will be better for him. I'm hoping he's food motivated, because I could always do that. :3
Pictures:
<img src="http://i48.tinypic.com/bi2asz.jpg"; alt="http://i48.tinypic.com/bi2asz.jpg"; class="bb-image" />
<img src="http://i46.tinypic.com/10pmyae.jpg"; alt="http://i46.tinypic.com/10pmyae.jpg"; class="bb-image" />
<img src="http://i49.tinypic.com/qqubnc.jpg"; alt="http://i49.tinypic.com/qqubnc.jpg"; class="bb-image" />
sorry for picture quality..these were actually from quite awhile ago XD

Name: Toby
Age: 4
Gender: Gelding
Breed: Quarter Horse x Halflinger
Height: 13-13.1 hh
Diddy: This is Drew's lil' barrel pony. :3 Haley (girl in 4H) is leasing him for 4H, since she's short and younger, and he's an amazing horse..he's rather responsive, although his neck reining went out the window pretty much because no one used it. ;-; How fun for me, right? I had to learn to direct rein better. XD
You'd never think that he was green broke..and never even saw a certified, proffessional trainer in his life. o.o Drew and my BO trained him. He was actually broke to ride before he ever had a saddle on him.
He was trained with a halter and rope reins, bareback in the round pen. He never used a bit until this past year or so, since the BO got on him about how he needed an actual bridle to continue showing him, and he ended up with a bit too.
This..is the only horse I have fallen/came off of. XD
First time I jumped off because I panicked when the saddle slid and didn't want my face hit off the round pen, so I hopped up (he went under me) and I landed...but then fell on my ass. XD
Second time I was lazy and slid off him after he stopped and did a crow hop to the side infront of the puddle in the round pen (we were tackless), I didn't realize that he was so close to the puddle..I slipped as soon as I landed. XD
My first actual fall? We were jumping bareback. ;x; My last jump, Drew was rushing me because his mum was waiting down at the bottom barn, but he got all hot because Soxx (Drew's horse for 4H this year) kicked Toby when he turned (Soxx doesn't like Toby for some reason...at all o.o; ) I only calmed him a little, and then with him still hot, I leaned up to soon and off I went as soon as his front feet hit the ground after the jump. D: I woudla ruined my shoulder, but I'm glad I remembered to spin and land on my back (and tap, which I learned in TKD), so I only had a bruise from my wallet in my back pocket on my ass. XD
Pictures:
<img src="http://i48.tinypic.com/j9ra6a.jpg"; alt="http://i48.tinypic.com/j9ra6a.jpg"; class="bb-image" />
<img src="http://i49.tinypic.com/51vyp3.jpg"; alt="http://i49.tinypic.com/51vyp3.jpg"; class="bb-image" />

Name: Dude
Age: 7-8
Gender: Gelding
Breed: Breton/Belgium cross (not sure which)
Height: about 16.1 hh
Diddy: Dude is my BO's horse, but her old owner pays for vet, farrier, etc bills so that she can still ride him.
His bridle is too small..so he tosses his head, raises it, backs, spins, etc etc when you're trying to get it on. He's been made headshy from this..I'm going to say something on saturday or sunday if I go to the show..because I can't get his bridle on. period the end.
He's a real sweet boy, sometimes. When I first met him he thought I was going to try to kill/eat him and was nearly terrified of me, but I'm pretty sure I've gained his trust by this point. He had associated me with work at a point too, because BO would put me on him if Toby wasn't available to ride. I haven't ridden him for awhile though, so he doesn't associate me with work anymore, and if he does it's barely at all.
He's also developed food aggression. *facepalm* Isn't that just lovely? I walked past his stall on tuesday when we went up before the 4H meeting (Drew refused to let me ride because I fell last time, when we were jumping bareback ;x; ) and he was eating. He pinned his ears (flat against his head, not even a gnat would be gettin' under those. D: ) and shoved his head out of his stall at me. He put his nose on my arm when I stopped and didn't keep walking away (like I did the first time I met him when he tried to bite me D: ) then he went back to eating..I'm actually surprised he didn't actually open his mouth and try to bite me.
He was trained as a cart horse, as well as western pleasure, but BO has been trying to turn him into a gaming horse like the rest of the horses in her barn...I know he can do it, with the right rider and amount of time, but I really don't think that BO is the right one to do that..she goes straight to demanding of them. I make sure I do the ask, tell, demand method..it's worked well with all the other horses I've done it with, haha.
I might be riding him in this show on sunday though..but I'm kind of worried, because I haven't ridden him in a few months, and the fact that it takes me a bit to mount up, because my ankle is screwed up a bit, and he's taller..so it's hard for me to mount up quickly without a block (even though I refuse to use one. XD) And a few of the events in this fun show involve mounting and dismounting quite quickly..so I'm going to have to work on that, big time on saturday if I end up going Sunday. btw-I'm not sure if I'm going to not because I'm not the one leasing Dude for 4H this year, but Brent (who is) might be pulled from 4H, if not sent to a whole new foster home because BO's sister who is fostering him is getting quite fed up with him, and he keeps saying he wants to leave. ;-;
Pictures:
<img src="http://i47.tinypic.com/11hwdc9.jpg"; alt="http://i47.tinypic.com/11hwdc9.jpg"; class="bb-image" />
