:o Kitty!

We got a new kitten! She hasn't got a name, but this is her:

<img src="http://sphotos.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-ash2/hs048.ash2/35742_136633606361575_100000448107471_286083_429580_n.jpg"; alt="http://sphotos.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-ash2/hs048.ash2/35742_136633606361575_100000448107471_286083_429580_n.jpg"; class="bb-image" />

She's affectionate and enjoys all the attention she can get. :D

Unfortunately, she's only 7 weeks, and all her siblings were actually placed in homes at 6 weeks! I'm really disappointed with her previous owners... That extra week or two with their mom makes a big difference. Just because they're litter-trained and eating solid food, doesn't mean they can be placed in new homes... :roll: What's worse is I was looking at a different litter of kittens, and they were trying to get them in new homes at 6 weeks also (because they didn't want to keep them anymore)... is there no responsible pet owners anymore? Why not just get the cat spayed so you don't have to worry about caring for kittens at all? It's ridiculous.

If it had been my choice, we wouldn't have gotten a kitten at 7 weeks. I'd would've asked my mom to keep looking around for a different litter, one that was old enough to go to a home.

...The good thing is, she's in good hands now, and it's not like we paid the owners for her and were supporting giving kittens away at 6 weeks.
