Okay, so for the past 2 months my fiance and I have been trying to convince his mom to let us get a puppy. We still live at her place, so it ultimately came down to her decision. She's been firm about not getting one. Even when we found a lost dog and brought it back because the owner wasn't home (Found the ad for a lost dog that matched exactly) she freaked out thinking we went behind her back. <br><br>Well, we have finally convinced her! I am so happy! I have wanted a dog for so long! I've owned dogs in the past and after losing my last dog Cheyenne (you can read about her in the pets section) I've felt so empty. I am not getting a dog to replace her, because no dog ever will. Anywho... Our neighbours dogs had puppies and we saw them running in the yard. My fiance's mom kept "oohing" and "ahing" over them and when I asked if we could get one (after begging of course) because they were for sale she said yes! I can't wait!
