XD It's kinda longgggg

Name: Fleta (meaning swift)
Gender: female
Breed: Greyhound
Age: 4
History: Fleta was a champion racing dog. She had won many races, but as she got older, she wasn't as fast as she could be. She is not at all old, and not at all slow, but she couldn't keep up with all of the younger, faster dogs. Soon she became a waste of money. She was just a bundle of entry fees and food costs, there was no real point in keeping her. She formed a strong bond with the man who owned her, but once she saw how she was treated just the same as any other dog at the kennel, and how he would just throw the dogs that didn't earn him anything away, she hates humans. Absolutely despises them. She ended up in a retired racing Greyhound adoption organization, and was quickly adopted out with her beauty. She was not adopted for her personality. The family simply wanted to rescue a dog. They found her, and she was pretty, so she was their's. She ran away, never looking back, and doesn't regret a single thing she's ever done. Though she is proud of what she has achieved on the track, she is not proud of who owned and bred her.
Likes (in order of how much she likes them!): Running, food that's barely been eaten, male dogs, leading
Dislikes (in order of how much she dislikes them): humans, drama, some female dogs and how they act, ignorance, cats, being cooped up, sleeping, loneliness
Personality Description (at least three sentences): Fleta is able to move on quickly, and accept things, but she has a hard time with forgiving. She hates to be alone, and dislikes many female dogs for their personalities. She is serious at most times, and she is very intelligent. Sometimes she has a bit of a saracastic humor, but she can tell when it isn't the right time to be making jokes. She is motherly, but can be fierce. She has a strong heart, but keeps her emotions inside. Only dogs who are very close to her can sense her true feelings.
Physical Description: Fleta is very thin, even for her breed! She is very "leggy"
Picture(optional): http://www.flickr.com/photos/marnibellavia/4075604006/
Crush: None
It's gonna be hard to make a new one lol. Usually the hardest part is finding a name I like though. I always start from the name, because the name is like...the seed. Find the name, plant the seed and the character's form will grow and grow. XD I usually do names that have to do with the breed's original purpose or the breed itself. Like Greyhounds are fast, so I found a name meaning swift. I had a red wolf character and named her Adara, which i see on one site it said it means fire. I'm not positive that it means fire though, because that's the only site that said that. xD Most of my characters are sighthounds. I have a soft spot in my heart for all of the dolichocephalic breeds. :P
Yeah. lol. I love roleplaying, but I need to practice. I'm weird, I only like rping as a dog. o.o

viewtopic.php?f=7&t=74081
