  In the tools section there should be a little lasso type tool. just click around the spots you want cut out and then just copy visible and paste <br><br>or if thebackground is a solid color and te dog is on that solid color you can use the magic wand > click on picture > select > inverse > copy > go to your new image > paste<br><br>=)
