Yep, I did both this morning.

I was riding Georgia, and in the middle of a flying lead change, she missed a step and something messed up her footing so she tripped, and my foot went on the inside of my stirrup which tossed me off the side of my saddle. I tried to catch myself and ended up twisting my knee and dislocating it.
Luckily, Georgia is trained to stop if I fall, which she did and I managed to completely unbuckle my stirrup to let myself fall (since i was practically hanging upside down). I managed to hop back to the barn where I called my mom.
My X-ray show a broken ankle in 3 places and a torn ACL and slightly dislocated knee (which they painfully popped back into place.)
I'm in a full cast with crutches. >.<

In good knews though...I'll have pictures up from my ride on Friday!
