  Lol, I couldn't help but laugh from the adorable-ness. Gotta love kittens, huh? I personally miss when Daisy was like 2-4 months old. Curious, adventurous and playful, but at night she'd always snuggle up right beside me. Now she sleeps during the day like older cats and destroys the house at night xP <span style="font-size:150">Such</span> a spazz, I tell ya. She's still a youngin though, only recently turned a year at the end of May. But yeah.<br><br>Anywho, very cute Can't wait to see more pics as she progresses!

  Yes, she loves to sleep with us at night. She usually just decides I don't need a pillow anymore and curls up on it (something like <a href="http://i212.photobucket.com/albums/cc40/Sea-Oats/Mobile Uploads/0611110521.jpg&quot; target="_blank" class="bb-url">this</a>), regardless of where my head is. This morning I woke up and she had her back end on my chest and her head on Josh's shoulder, I think she's just using us for body heat and food. ;p She's only 12 weeks old, so she's still a baby, and we're hoping she drops the 'I want to eat everyone and everything' habit, because she gnaws on fingers and toes.. and elbows, knees.. hair.. anything she can get a hold of really, and it hurts!

  Sophie, for whatever reason, got to smelling really bad last night. So she got her first bath this afternoon. Good news? She no longer smells like a dirty ferret's rear end. Bad news?   Lmfao. Yerp, had to hold Daisy by her scruff to get her to stay. I have a tub and not a stand up shower which would be SO much easier to wash pets with. I gave her a bath all of like twice and brushed her teeth a few times. Her breath hasn't stunk for a while though so I haven't since then

  Sophie doesn't have a whole lot of skin on her neck, so it kind of scares me to grab her there. I just held her down basically on her belly to keep her from jumping out of the bath tub. She was not pleased, and I have some wounds. xD

  A vole got in the house from the flower garden out front the other night, and it was in my boyfriend's brother's room squeaking and driving all the big cats insane and they couldn't catch it. The next night, it got in our room and Sophie got the little guy! We thought he was dead, so we went to flush it.. and as soon as he hit the water, he started swimming in circles.   I'm pretty sure he was probably injured. Two of the big cats had a go at him and then Sophie got him, so he was traumatized at the very least. Josh wanted to flush it anyway, but I worked up some tears and made him scoop it out with a cup. ;p And thank you! I never realize I have an accent until I hear myself and I hate it. I never leave voicemails or anything because I can't stand it. That's what I get for being raised in the south. xD

  Sophie goes to the vet tomorrow to get her third set of kitten shots. We start rabies tomorrow, she's not gonna be a happy baby. I'll try to get a video of her screaming like someone is killing her when they clip her nails, it's kind of hilarious. She hates it. xD

  Daisy was pretty good with her shots The only real reaction is when it comes to being spayed. I wasn't there to see it but she was all kinds of drugged up and acted differently when we got her back home ;p And then you're used to the furry underbelly, but there's this big patch of skin from being shaved and it's just SO weird, lol. She never got her claws cut before though.

  Yea, we have to remember to ask the vet about our spay options tomorrow. She's not old enough yet, obviously, but if the Humane Society charges less than our vet to spay her, I want to go ahead and get her on the list so that we don't have to wait when she is old enough. He has clipped her nails every time we've taken her because they're so sharp. He just dulls them down a bit so they're not so much like talons, but she HATES it when they grab her by her scruff to keep her from squirming.

  The vet has told me the last two times we've been in there that it's just the tortie attitude. xD He said they're all really high strung and have a sassy side, and that definitely applies to Sophie. She didn't act a fool when they clipped her nails today, I'm not really sure why she behaved so well. ;p She's all up to date on her shots now and next, she has to be spayed. Poor boo. She's four pounds! She's quadrupled in weight since we got her, it's so sad how fast they get big.
