We give anything to imports to vpc. Goodie dyes donated will be used to Dye the Festival dogs specially breed and trained, Japanese breed, Line dogs with pure lines. the lines will be given away to prize winners and the leftover dogs not wanted will go to the rescue program to be neutered and given a lifelong home at the rescue center. Unless someone wants to adopt it
