Terrible way to start off the New Year...

My parents are screaming at each other and cursing and my mom and my stepdad are acting crazy and threatening each other.. <br>I really don't know what to say I just can't take this.. It makes me want to cry and I get scared when they fight because they both become unstable... <br><br>Worried, Scared, and Sad

    Were they 'celebrating' earlier? When my huge family gets together they have a ton of 'drinks that alter their personality', if you know what I mean, and someone always ends up fighting. Sometimes it gets really scary but usually after it dies down everything goes back to normal and it's forgotten. Don't let it effect you to much. Try taking your dog for a walk instead of listening if you can.

    They aren't [Edited by staff, NOT child appropriate].. they are just doing what they normally do. <br>I went walking, mostly becuase when I had asked to go walking with a friend my stepdad yelled at me to get out of the house becuase I always leave when things get tough.... that made me mad! <br>And I have been spending my day playing kinect..

    I know... <br>My mom is crying now.... <br>I swear I Dislike some of my family becuase they are part of the reason why my mom is bipolar and depressed and got but in a mental hospital for a short time becuase I made her when she threaten to kill herself last year after her sister died... <br>Its a long story... and every since then their fights have been even worst...

    thats not good... poor kiwi... if i knew you in real life you could have come to stay at mine for a few days until things die down, and dont worry i run away (like walk out the house and stay at a friends and my parents know) when people fight too..

    I will leave to go where ever I can, sadly none of my friends where home today.... I probably shouldn't have posted all that though.. :/ <br>Normally in the next few days it should pass over... I hope.... <br>My mom hasn't had another one of those break down since then.... But I can't say my stepdad helps her all the time and he tries to drag me into the middle of it... Being the oldest I am in the middle of ever family dispute.. LItterally...

    I kind of know exactly what you are going through. My parents used to be the same, which is why they are getting a divorce. O.o

    Well I don't want that to happen between them .... <br>I almost moved with my dad becuase couldn't handle it, but that won't happen any time soon because my dad is back living in his truck.. <br>He can't keep a job. I can't think of life without both my mom and my stepdad together becuase even though I don't always get along with my stepdad he is like a dad to me in many ways.

    Lolz. <br>When I was younger after my parents divorced i soent two years with my mothers parents. <br>But thaat was before I knew what had happened when I was a kid. Now i have no connection with my mothers mother and I am still close with my mothers father but even though since then they have been divorced he continues to get me to forgive my grandmother. So yea... I spend alot of time with my stepdads mom though, we are really close and I tell her everything. Sometimes when she can she comes to get me and I spend the night at her house till things blow over.
