Why so much Homework!!!!!!!!!!

Okay so I kind of don't understand why professor's think they need to pile on so much homework!! <br>Blahh I am so swamped with homework right now I am about to die...Okay so this is what all my homework consists of lol and I only have 3 classes lol doesn't sound like it would be to bad lol but here I go<br>Microsoft Word 2010 class: 3 Paper assignments, 6 Computer Assignments, and a practice quiz and real quiz<br>Oral Communications: 2 Speeches to write.<br>Algebra: about 55 questions to do in the book, And my college uses something called MyMathLab..its on the comp and on that I have to do a Pre-Assesment that determines how much homework I get so I could get up to 40 more homework Questions depending on how good I do, a practice quiz and a real quiz...<br>All due next week.....<br>Blahhh Gahhh Ehhhh Crying! lol<br>End of Rant! =DD

    Agreed! I was gone for 3 weeks, come back and I have to take semester tests within from 1-3 days. AND I JUST got the stud guide for Science tuesday and I have the test tomorrow, which happens to make up 1/3 of my science grade. -_-

    You'll thank them for it when you have a bunch of deadlines at work and know how to handle it. Educators give you the workload they do not only to teach you the material, but to get you used to being under pressure. Part of their job is to prepare you for adulthood, and adulthood means lots of work. Ya, it sucks, but it's better to get used to it now then to try to cope when your job is on the line. XD
