Okay sooo I've been best friends with this guy for a little over 5 years and we just now started actually hanging out and being friends.. Well he's my brothers next door neighbor and they are also best friends... My brother informed me the other day that until I stop talking to this guy then he is not going to talk to me and if i dont stop talking to him then he will disown me.. now this is the brother that i have been REALLY close to my whole life.. He hasnt talked to me in over a week and I texted my guy friend the day my brother told me all this and told him that we couldnt be friends anymore cause some stuff came up that was really important.. my brother still wont talk to me.. but his wife texts me all the time and me and her are still really close.. i just dont know what to do about my brother acting like this.. my dad said to drop it.. my mom said to ignore it.. my other brother said he's acting childish about it.. and my friends say to keep being friends with this guy and if my brother really cared about me he would stop trying to run my life and tell me who i can and cant be friends with... but i still dont know what to do.. im so confused

/end rant #1 on top of that my ex boyfriend contacted me the other day and me and his new fiance got into it cause she said they broke up over a fight about me.. i didnt contact him so why does she have a right to curse at me and insult me for him texting me and lying to her about it???? GRRRRRR /end rant #2

My brother doesnt trust the other guy but its not his place to disown me cause of My friends

It sounds like he's just trying to protect you. Are he and your friend still friends? Have you asked why he doesn't trust him? If the other guy's done something really shady, maybe your brother has a reason for telling you to not see him.

Yea me brother and this guy are still friends. They work together and hang out every day. He doesn't trust this guy cause he's had so many girlfriends and doesn't want him trying anything with me. But I'm never alone with him and I havde a boyfriend that this guy vspecifically told me "I'm not going to do anything to get between u and ur bf" but my brother won't listen to me about it..

Maybe ask to hang out with your friend as long as your brother is present? That way he can keep an eye on you? At least until he chills out about the idea.
