Money error

Just yesterday, I had 25,000 VP dollars. Today, I only have 205 VP dollars! I have had no accepted contracts, and have not bought any more dogs. I haven't taken any turns since then, and have spent absolutely no money. Has anyone else had this issue? Is there a way I can get my money back? :cry:

    Have you checked your management page? It should mention any activity done.<br><br>Otherwise, have you allowed anyone else to access your account? Do you have siblings/friends/someone else in the household that could have messed with your account? <br><br>I would suggest that perhaps you had dogs in boarding, but you don't have enough dogs to actually put that much of a dent in your networth. <br><br>Without proof that the money disappeared (i.e., management page screenshot) and proof that it was done without consent, there's nothing that can be done regarding lost playcash.

    Yes, I've checked management. But, I'll double check. Would that be considered evidence? I promise I'm not lying :(.

    It would have to show that the playcash was removed without your permission, but yes, in certain cases of theft/scamming or bid accepted twice glitches, we use the management page as evidence. If it was taken via contract, it is difficult to prove just given that it doesn't record who accepted the contract.

    Can you look inside my account, or get Troglin to? It would be a lot easier for you guys to personally look at it, than for me to attempt to explain and take screenshots. All I know is that somehow my money got taken away.

    I am Troglin in-game. We don't have access to player accounts though. Without seeing a screenshot, I'll just recommend that you change your password to something more secure. I don't think anyone accessed your account, but it's just to be on the safe side.<br><br>As far as the lost playcash, as it is such a low amount, I have sent you a contract from Troglin to help you out. :)
