How do you blur edges when you cut out a dog to make it look better? Also, how do you make a border?

    to make the edges fuzzy, I usually use the eraser tool and just use a fuzzy circle brush. You can also use the free select tool (the lasso tool) and check the box that says "feather edges" and adjust the bar to however blurry you want the outline to be.<br><br>*edit* sorry, misread your post.<br><br>For borders...make sure all of your layers are anchored together (one image, not layers...to see this press Ctrl+L). Then go to Select > All > Select > Border > (pick how many pixels - usually 1 or 2 works best for banners) > OK > Paintbrush tool w/ color you want or bucket tool > fill in border
