How to see dogs that are boarding with you?

edited October 2013 in Questions/Support
I have a boarding kennel but I want to switch to a different kennel specialty; this is my first time to switch. I have sold all of my dogs but it still says to get rid of all of my dogs in my boarding kennel, how do I do that?

  • When you click your boarding icon you will see that each dog has a 'return dog to owner' button. You will have to click that for each dog in your boarding.

  • Thank you very much Nacie!! :-)
  • So if I were to choose a rescue kennel how do I rescue dogs when there owners have not been active for over a month?
  • If it has only been about a month since the owner logged in then the only way you could rescue the dog is if it is very bad shape - does not happen too often but sometimes. The normal is to wait approximately 6 months from last log in and then all the dogs will be available for rescue. I saw 'all' meaning all dogs except personal breeds.
