Color Correction

<span style="color:#400080">I just dyed a dog and as usual for me I copied and pasted the color into the box when making it. Well for some reason it came out with 2 slashes ( \ ) in the color. Not sure why but if I put in a ticket can this be corrected?</span>

    Yes, it can be corrected. The slashes are usually caused by an apostrophe in the name.

    <span style="color:#400080">That has happened to me a few times, with quotes in either a dye or a dog's name.</span>

    <span style="color:#400080">Its happens with names all the time ro me where I put Para's in front of most. But I've noticed the slashes don't last in the names, once i refresh or click on the dog again it goes to normal.</span>
