The list of entrants before an event is run is random. There's no order how they are listed. How dogs are scored in the event is based on the event criteria and which dog meets that criteria the best.

No it didn't, the rule is 18 for legal reasons. You can't be held to a contract before age 18 and there are things that have to be dealt with that if someone under 18 was exposed to, the game could be found liable for child endangerment.
