The problem is most likely her Ipad not connecting to the site fast enough. I'm not sure how to fix that, perhaps another player can tell you since I don't have an Ipad.

Fame is like competition score, it varies depending on the number of dogs in the event, as well as where the dog places. How much is actually given, I don't know. Probably admin1 and admin2 would be the only ones who could say.

It should actually be 4. If you've already entered 4 dogs in the event, you will not be able to enter more.

Sounds fairly typical of ringworm. I don't know that I would wait a couple days if you have other pets or intend the cat to be around a lot of people who maybe won't know to wash their hands as ringworm is fairly contagious to humans.
