Art programs don't magically improve your skills. I've seen the Mona Lisa in Microsoft Paint. The only way you can really start to improve is to practice with pencil and paper.

I think the text needs to be easier to read and more neat, as in tidy. It just looks like you threw stuff on there. Not really any planned place for it all. Doesn't look like you took time on it. So I don't think you'll get a good grade with this.
