Well his siblings are very over weight and wrinkled, so maybe it is because of the diet the vet has him on to prevent him from being obese.

The fence was not technically broken, we were adding to it and we were with them the entire time. We added on to it and then took down the older fence, so they never had a broken fence to begin with.
