GIMP or PSP. GIMP is a free downloadable program, and paint shop pro and some of the other art prgrams you can use cost money.

oh, lol. Nevermind, wrong person ^.^ Training is pretty easy, although it is a bit time consuming and is hard on my hands. (it makes the muscles sore in my hands o.o)
