Wow I finished it more quickly then I thought. If it is okay that I can enter, here is my layout. It is extremely simple, and the banner isn't great, but I just thought I would try and see if I could get any advice.

I like the idea, maybe even add diseases. That way the vaccinations will become more valuable. Not to sound cruel, but that way it is more like real life, and it is a little more interesting.
