I think mine is the lock type. It has little curly whisps. And he is all natural, not artificially died, so he has some random brown whisps in his white. It's sooo cute!

apple slices. Suprisingly, when running down your throat, the natural juices are good for a sore throat. Mine feels like it was rubbed with sand paper. No other symptoms (fever, cold, aches etc..) but a sore throat, so it can't be flu. JUST PAINFUL!

Yes, a green betta would my my other choice. I find red and blues too common. Blacks are too shadowy and hard to see. I will likely go betta or 3-5 guppies. I think 5 is too many though, so probably 3. MAYBE 4 at most..

My guy just works at the store, but fish/reptiles/spiders are his life. Even has a goldfish tattoo he showed me once. VERY nice. It's on the bottom of his forearm.
