Have you tryed a coller and choker chain so he has both on but if the coller breaks the choker chain will have him, the chain/runner is hooked on both. I know a someone who has a Neo/pit and a Dogue de Bordeaux who uses this incase they ever broke …

Thats awsome you ride in halter? I used to ride in halter when I was horse riding, (western mainly,) I have done english riding when I was about 6 or 7, but after riding in a halter have gotten to use to ridding with loose reins .
