Do you have a laptop?
If so, it usually has to do with the box you get your interenet from.
Just unplug the power for 20 seconds and then plug it back in, should work fine.

I think puppies that come from breeders are easiest to potty train because of the selective breeding that is involved.
They don't go in abc order. XD
