I do the click-refresh-refresh-refresh-refresh-turn-back thing until they run out of mood, then click on the other little thing and go refresh-refresh-refresh-turn-back and then go back to the training. Works well for me, I get done pretty fast.

This is a great idea the 3-window thing is far too complicated for me xD It would get my all confused. I use one window, but I have seperate tabs for the RHing or FPing and the actual training.
