I've been drawing since 8th grade, so four years now. Constant practice and staring and erasing, and giving up, and starting over. xD I've been coloring for about two years, and just now have a picture that I really like that I've colored. xD

I use a Wacom Graphire tablet. It's one of the smaller ones, also about the size of a mouse pad. It cost about $90, and came with Photoshop and a couple other programs, the tablet pen, and a mouse. =3

The coloring, even for paint, is quite plain. It looks like you just used the fill tool and said "Viola! Masterpiece!"
