That's pretty bad, I'd definitely ask for a refund. Not that it will help much but I could do a few years of grooming for free if you'd like. I'm pretty busy at the moment but I could see how much I could do in half an hour xD

Nice work I like the colours, it looks like fairy floss :P You seem to have smudged the lineart when you coloured it. If you put the colouring and the lineart on separate layers it will stop that
