I'd have to vote no. It takes away from people who pay to have art put on their dog. Not to mention some breeds aren't actually real. And mutts come in all shapes/sizes.

I don't know if that's royalty free or not. The only one I know for sure is corbis. Find a picture RF you think is apporpriate, then.
