if you mulitply 140.4 by 0.9 you get 126.4 So 126.4 is the birthspeed And since 140.4 is the highest number in parentheses, 126.4 is the highest speed listed amoungst the dogs above

Those dogs do not have a birthspeed of 135-140.4 The highest is 126.4 To get the birthspeed you multiply the speed in parentheses by 0.9. That will give you their actual speed, the speed in the parentheses is not their actual speed
