• No, I never even thought to ask. What bothered me the most was when I checked they weren't quite so old, and I sent the person a message asking them to stop training them and send them back, but they kept going for like 15 minutes after that.

• I don't see why the person would have any valid reason not to give you a refund. If they didn't do what you paid them to do then they shouldn't keep your money. Whenever I train I offer a refund if I even make a tiny mistake.
