Yeah. Some shelters tattoo the dogs to identify them if they get lost. It says my state's initials and then SPCA then a code.

Oh. In the first couple pics, he was on medicine for kennel cough. As you can tell, it cleared up. He'd started heaving and such during walks. Alot I couldn't post because his tattoo has some.. info..

I make mine 'glow' by typing, then duplicate the layer, change the color, filter>> blur until you are satisfied, then move the layer behind the other. And Whala! Glowing text!
