Maybe the stat is 90 percent of the puppies potential. I haven't trained with it yet, but maybe it raises with it? I dunno. *shrugs* I'd've liked it a lot more if it was just the dog's natural birth stat.

I'd say go training, but if you want to stay a rescue or switch to breeding, I'd say stay rescue. Breeding kennels are easy enough, if you find someone willing to share a kennel with you or something, then it's almost like having your own.
