SAI is another program out there. ;D Paint Tool SAI. it's pretty nice. Opens instantly(as opposed to lengthy times loading like in gimp and photoshop) and lines are really easy to make nice and smooth. However, it's very difficult to do pixel tags …

I used to use Photoshop CS3, but it stopped working when I had to wipe my computer. Now I'm using MS paint and SAI. ;D
