Oh! I know how that feels! My current one I'm working on has taken at least 3 hours so far. It's so time consuming, but the result can be very nice when complete! I can't really tell, but did you color the lines?

Very nice! Only thing I see that really jumps out is that the eye should be closed in sort to the ear, it's too close to the stop/forehead. =] But it's a very pretty eye.
