It's only been forty minutes. Be patient. I think you need to work on your cutting, mostly.. You can always use a camera and upload it to your computer with a card reader.

It's supposed to be coming up the coast, last I heard. We normally just get minor flooding and a lot of wind. But were I live it has been heard of cars floating down the street(before I was born), so I'm not too worried..

Yeah, her collar is pretty thick. Probably not as thick as I drew it, as you pointed out. But you can hardly see her collar with all her fur covering it, luckily(I'm horrible at accessories!) so I'll play with the collar. =3 Thanks for pointing that…
