A mean player...I'm sure a lot of everyone has done something a little jerky but buying low priced dogs that aren't neutered and will eventually breed into more...useless understatted to release? I'm sure that makes up for it.

It isn't against the rules to buy, neuter, and release/retire. It's just a matter of opinion of the rescue kennel, but you're certaintly not banned from doing that.
