If you wanted to sell the kennel the colors either could be sold with it as a package or you could prove they're yours and take them with you... Its ok I'm the same way XD

It would be on an account so all dogs in that kennel would be able to learn it! oh and it puts an advantage to sponser trainers, they could charge say like 30k extra for every original trick or sumthin...
