Absolutely 100% agree. I can't even count the number of dogs I've wasted getting groomed that didn't even throw any pups better than them and then they died. And the number of 1-puppy litters. :x

You have to be really careful. If someone can't produce FCI or DCCA papers, the dogs they're producing are probably not purebred Presa, but more likely bandogs. Check out Cabeza Grande, Red Star, Hooligans, D&G, Midgarde.
