Well pokesav gives you pokemon codes and item codes, ect. You can make a pokemon know any move, hold any item, ect. Like I made a shamin once.

Something you plug into your ds and it has lots of cheats. You can make the codes on pokesav and use the action replay to put them on your ds. This is not registered by nintendo and may cause glitches or ruin your games.
