I had a lovebird and this happened. She was fine. Food, water, warm enough, didn't show signs of illness and we found her at the bottom of her cage. She wasn't even a year old. Sorry for your loss

Congrats. Training longer raises the stats faster if thats what you're really aiming for. I'd train males to 12.5 and females to 11.6. It would make a world of difference
