A bank has been suggested and has been turned down. You can just store it in other kennels. As for the names, I think its fine. The name is not important. If it is a website URL, inappropriate, ect. Op's are able to uname it for you.

I think you did, lol. I dont see a problem with them on the game. It wont stop people from breeding other dogs to get mutts.

Having to pay for your own breed as been suggested already. I personally think it would cause a mess. As for mutts, I dont get why they are neutered to begin with.
