if you have a partner, that usually helps that way if you cant come on, then at least your breed would still be making progress... then you may feel bad about them doing the work and come on & have motivation XD

of you have no interest, then take a break from the breeding program make yourself a money target, (you can always trade vpc for vhrc) or create a help club, ect.
